We're a small, family-owned shop in Southaven that does commercial mechanical work all week and residential HVAC and duct cleaning for the same neighbors. If you like fixing things properly and telling customers the truth about what they need, we'd like to meet you.
Who we look for
Techs, installers, duct-cleaning crew, office
We hire for character and train for skill. EPA 608 and a clean driving record help; commercial refrigeration or electrical experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Service technicians
Residential + light commercial HVAC diagnostics and repair. Flat-rate pricing means you fix, not upsell.
Install & duct crew
Change-outs, mini-splits, duct evaluation and whole-home source-removal duct cleaning.
Apprentices
Ride-alongs, EPA 608 prep and manufacturer training. We'd rather grow people than churn them.
Office / dispatch
A real person answers every call. Scheduling, customer portal follow-ups and Comfort Club renewals.
