Replacement estimates are free and done in-home — a real number for your actual house and ductwork, not a phone guess. We check duct sizing and static pressure because the best equipment performs badly on bad ducts.
We install every major brand — Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, Daikin — from 14-SEER2 value systems to variable-speed heat pumps and ductless mini-splits. Gas furnace connections and electrical are done in-house; we hold both licenses.
You'll get good/better/best options in writing with the operating-cost difference spelled out, and financing options noted where available. No pressure, no tonight-only pricing.
