Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you book, we collect your name, email, phone, service address, the answers you give about your home and equipment, and any notes or photos you share. If you sign in, we store a passkey credential (public key only) and sign-in events.

Video walkthroughs. A live video walkthrough is recorded (video from your camera, audio from both participants), transcribed, and summarized by an AI model so our office can prepare your visit. Recordings, transcripts and summaries are stored in your private portal and our office dashboard. They are never made public and never sold. Ask us at office@memphisaircare.com to delete them at any time.

How we use it. To schedule and perform service, confirm appointments by email or text (if you opted in), prepare estimates, and keep your service history. We use Supabase (database + storage), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), OpenAI (speech-to-text) and Anthropic (summaries) as processors. We do not sell personal information.

Texts. If you opt in, we may text appointment reminders and technician ETAs. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Your choices. Email us to access, correct or delete your data. Sign-in links expire in 15 minutes; you can remove passkeys from your portal at any time.
