Online booking. A booking made on this site is a request for an arrival window. It becomes an appointment when our office confirms it by email, text or phone. Windows are arrival windows, not start-to-finish times.

Pricing. Prices shown on this site are honest starting points for planning. Your actual price is a flat-rate quote provided in writing before work begins, which you approve.

Video walkthroughs. The walkthrough and its AI summary are for planning only and are not a diagnosis or a guarantee; an on-site inspection governs. By joining a walkthrough you consent to it being recorded and transcribed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Cancellations. Cancel or reschedule any time before the window by phone or email. Plan memberships renew annually and can be cancelled before renewal.
